Yes. Pregame stretching is a very good idea. For both you and your guy. Amazing what muscles you find are sore after a session. Stay hydrated. Bananas for potassium. Best of luck.
White Flower Oil works great. Better than bio freeze.
Very warm shower or bath . If you have a bath tub use 3 EL (TL) sea salt, 1 EL Epsom Salt , 1-2 EL Baking Soda . You can add 4-6 drops essential oils(wintergreen or lavender) if you have but no shower gel etc . Soak for > 40 min (this part is important), add more warm water if necessary, shower after. If you don’t have a bathtub you can do a footbath with 1/2 the measurements.

Keep yourself warm after that and go to sleep, next day you should be all good
From an exercise view point, consider stretching beforehand. Afterwards, massage and muscle release. Try to exercise and target the muscles as well when not in session. For ***, over the counter antiinflammatories can be very helpful too, just follow directions or your physician.
Peacemaker healing cream is great you can get the one with the active or inactive ingredient that heats the surface and depth of the skin… also don’t get the heat one on your private bits lol
MrHulkS
So you can get deep heat bubble bath that helps with muscle all so deep heat it self or deep freeze is good as well and tiger balm
Also making certain that you're hydrated before and or after. Oddly enough pickle juice is excellent for that. And make certain that your potassium levels are doing good. When your potassium is down, it can make you cramp a lot.
The next day you want to do a bunch of stretches and light exercise because you'll have a bunch of lacted acid built up in your muscles + stretching and using those muscles with gentle exercise and activity will alleviate some of the ***.
If there is bruising Arnica works really well.

+ Elektrolytes

The best thing you can do is take a hot (I mean as hot as you can stand) bath and soak in it. If there’s cramping involved, potassium helps tons.
Yes, these are all quite effective. Definitely hot bath with Epsom salts and soak at least fif*** minutes. Also, for future amino acid complex vitamins aid quicker recovery time from strenuous exercise. Pregame stretching would help too especially for all that cowgirl action
Travelers balm by pirate industries llc it’s great for muscles and gets deep into it plus it is good for arthritis and joints and cuts and big bites
You need to up your protein intake. Drink a protein shake within 4 hours of a session, but make sure you’re at least hitting 100g per day. Also, make sure you’re hydrated and that you’re replacing electrolytes.
Lots of water before and after. Try a warm Epsom salt bath, it helps with inflammation and tenderness. Massages help with some low key stretching to keep your muscles from tensing back up.
