I'm 40, and I've had 3 kids, so I have a bit of a belly that I'm super self conscious of. I know that there must me other older women who feel the same. Can people give their opinion? Would you find a normally skinny person with a belly sexy or attractive? Should I feel self conscious?

I'm over 40 and just had another baby. Love your belly. It kept you and your *** healthy and safe carrying them. The eptiome of femininity is it not? How can that not be sexy or attractive to others seeking you?? Genes and hormones work differently for everybody. Some heal with scarring worse than others and I am sure there isn't a person out there who isn't insecure about something about themselves. For me, it's my height or lack thereof (i'm 5 ft).

I know for you, in your mind your belly seems big and but I bet others would see you in a different light. Maybe your eyes sparkle when you laugh or maybe a have a cheeky grin when you smile. What I'm saying is there is so much more to love about yourself than skin. You could start by thinking about 1 thing about your appearance you like or you think is your strength. Believe in it and really take care of that 1 part. Then start thinking of another part and do the same until YOU love you and all of your body. Forget about the ones who don't appreciate every part of you, embrace the ones who do. Take care x

Im 46...3 kids, lived life, eat food and have a belly..it makes me a little self conscious sure....but I am sexy and beautiful from head to toe...flaws and all. 😉

Pretty sure the only people who hate bellys are the people who have them and even then they only hate their own. It's okay to not like how you look or if you want to look better but only if it's for you. Just know nobody else give af. I used to be a little fat and i didn't like it so i lost weight but i love a girl with a tummy. Im a very handsy person and i make sure one hand is always on the stomach. If we're sitting or standing and my hand is around you, best believe im holding onto a jellyroll. If we're cuddling or sleeping and im resting my hand on you, im grabbing a handful. Gripping a fat chunck. 😂
