I received a weird email

Hi I’m looking for a mod to help me. I received an email to say my account as been unblocked but it was never blocked? Also that I should read the guidelines to avoid further warnings. But I don’t know what I’ve done and it doesn’t explain this.

I hope you're well. We are seeing an influx of members reporting profiles over and over again to have them blocked, for no particular reason at all it seems. I want to assure you that we are working on an immediate solution so that this won't happen again in the future. It even happened to my profile, so no one is immune currently! If you have any more questions, feel free to DM me.
