I always assumed it was pec exercises (push ups, the like) plus eating high protein high fat foods

The only proven way I’m aware of that isn’t an implant is fat transfer. There are a lot of baseless claims on the internet. I’m sure there’s some combination of hormones that could do it but might as well be HRT. As mentioned above, arm/chest/shoulder exercises will build muscle which can moderately increase appearance volume.

I would think could try pregnanolone - estrogen and testosterone precursor, but you’d need to be able to suppress testosterone creation

This is a totally normal fetish for guys and girls to like and enjoy I’m sure there’s more who do than don’t like it I love natural tits so I do not agree with implants. Tits are my weakness big or small I will play with em all. My wife also likes sucking on tittys and having hers sucked. She will just about let anyone see them, play with them and suck on them as long as they want she will sit there and enjoy it I enjoy watching it as much as she is geting it. It usually don’t take much sucking untill he’s ready to do more to her than that. There’s a reason she rarely ever wears bras and usually running around topless and hers just keep getting bigger I blame it on them not being held by a bra a lot and stimulated a lot.
