SM 101 by Jay Wiseman and Screw the Roses, Send me the Thorns by Phillip MIller and Molly Devon are generally reckoned to be the best general guides to BDSM, including assorted forms of bondage.
Look up TwoKnotty boys. They teach about rope and knots. Great videos. Also look for local rigger, shibari and kinbaku classes that you can attend. Local munches may be able to help as well. Speak to riggers and rope bunnies for help as well.

Just my 2 cents though. Mileage may vary.
There are many types of bondage. What sort are looking to investigate?
For rope:
Rope365
Crash Restraint
The Duchy
Shibari Study.

For books the Douglas Kent ones were helpfuk
The boy scouts or sailors manuals chapter on knots 🤣😜

I went to a rope studio once and that was helpful but everything else I learned on You Tube….I’m just learning myself though
Primary think is to learn how to do any sort of bondage safely.

Screw the Rose's was always a staple and recommended introduction for people new to it.  Some terminology has changed over time, but it's a good starting point.

Assuming you mean rope / shibari, you are much better going to a workshop or class. Learning from a book or videos is pretty difficult for anything more than the basics. Check out FetLife and look for local rope events
