Protection Collars?

What would be your purpose in the locking, i could see that going very wrong as one time i got into an altercation and people were pulling on her chain violently

As it was a heavy chain and i made the collar and that thing isnt going to budge under most scenarios

None of her public collars lock. The ones that lock are for at home only, usually with a chastity belt and other fun.

We use a day collar. It is locked per se. and as for protection well if someone is collared that is protection in my world.
