I first saw this a few months ago and I was legit shocked. Now I’m curious. Looks ***ful and possibly unsafe? The sound being used must be clean or an infection could result. Who has done this?

Sounding is amazing! Great combo of pleasure and ***. It actually more common then you would think. You are right though about sterilization. You use special sounding rods and they are cleaned with a special machine called an autoclave used to clean metals. No man if it's done right and with a diamond steel rod its fucking amazing especially if the rod cold. However you do have to make sure they're clean you'll get a uti so cleanliness is necessary

I'm on my 10th year. Stainless steel sound, scrub with an alcohol pad. Use sterile medical grade lube. Start with a 3mm. Don't go too deep. Go very slow & easy. Guarantee you'll love it. Don't do it for very long your first 5-6 times, maybe 3-4 minutes or you'll *** fire. You have to be patient & work into it....but don't be scared.

I use sterilize surgical gloves in sterilized lube with some numbing cream. and sterilize the sound when I do the stuff I keep things super clean.

I’ve done it and the subby enjoyed it a lot!!! The sounds are indeed sterilised much as you would with baby bottles so it’s not difficult. And the lube is also a sterilising lube.
