Kind of slightly off-topic but in a pragmatic sense (especially with limited space) having one piece of furniture for different "positions" is good. Standing, kneeling, seated etc

I get that but if I have space for all its more options in general. Plus you don't have to switch things mid scene or moment or so.

A spank bench as it has multiple uses.

By far the best gear( cheapest, flexible uses, smallest and discrete) Rig points!!! I have repurpose old hardware and scap materials, but homedepot is like a candy store for creatives.

Disclaimer: do not attempt any full weight suspension rigging; but reference heavy bag installation and rein*** joists properly before Any vertical load.

I wish but I couldn't do this with my current location(s). I've looked into yoga t***ze frames before but logistically that isn't the easiest.

Simple hack; used doorway pull-up bars!!! Few dollars at the goodwill and most people that have them will be happy to donate in “support” of your “training”
