The only way to make sure your ( possible) marriage work is to be 100% open and honest with him. If he really cares he will understand. He might even be agreeable to the situation. If he is totally un- accepting of your lifestyle maybe you would be better off without him.

I wouldn't be able to have that done when I was born I had one testicle in my stomach and they had to push it down when it ascended like at age 7 or 8 and I have one above the other it just doesn't work that's one thing that I'm not able to do
