My reaction to the wording of the question is .. you dont relocate FOR love....  you would already be in LOVE ands the relocate because of that.

I can’t, at present, due to family responsibilities. I am open to it as a possibility, as I am open to relocating for other reasons also. The devil is in the details. I think it would be easier and I would be more willing to do it when I was younger.
