Using bondage for relaxation

Any body uses bondage for relaxation? I do, I love to de-stress and be tied up for a while. Am I the only one out here who feels the same way? Sometimes I feel like an island of one...hate that feeling. Lol

I used to have a neighbor that would come to my house after her husband left for work and she dropped her daughter at school. I would tie her to my bed and then cocoon her in nautical rope so that she couldn’t move. I would then go get my workday started and let her lay for at least an hour in silence. She said it was the most relaxed she had ever been

Yes! I relate to this...it is a feeling of safety!

Same but opposite, I tie people up to relax. I can leave the work week behind and focus on the knots and the comfort of the tied individual

Being tied and not touched is a big thing. You're not alone. I have never experienced being tied myself but the few subs I have tied preferred it to more physical interaction ties. From what I understood about their mindset it was comfort from not being able to do anything but also having someone watching over them.
