Dress as what you feel is the best and most presentable version of yourself. My sub wore an extremely beautiful red and black dress on our first actual evening out together. It wasn't skimpy or slutty at all. I was impressed with her class, significantly.

Unless you offer and ask the Dom ahead of the date how the Dom would like you to dress then you dress appropriately for the style of the meet/date. When I have been asked in the past I always tell them dress to impress me, because by the time we are actually meeting for the first time we have had hours of conversation and she should have a good grasp of who I am and what would impress me.
