My sub just brought up the idea of a contract. I've seen and done them plenty of times, but it's been a while. He's been made to write lines when he acts out of line, do chores, etc., as a part of our past contracts.

This time it's our private fetish, and it will be a month long contract. I'm super excited. What contracts have you come up with with your partner or Dom/sub? Do you have anything that spices up a kinky contract? The more details the better. I want to see a spreadsheet of information 📚

Contracts could be a part of agreement …, simple or elaborate. The key for me isn’t length or paperwork…. it’s clarity, expectation, and the psychology behind it

For a month long contract, I like to include:
• Daily check ins: quick updates or reflections, helps build predictability and trust.
• Tasks & responsibilities: from small chores to specific behavioral goals.
• Rituals: morning or evening routines that rein*** the dynamic.
• Consequences & rewards: nothing arbitrary; they’re meaningful and rein*** learning or progress.
• Flexibility clause: to adapt if something feels off or unsafe.

I’ve also tracked these with a simple spreadsheet: task, deadline, completion, reflection notes. It’s not about bureaucracy, it’s about creating a space where submission can flourish safely and intentionally.

Contracts aren’t just aesthetic…they’re tools for connection, growth, and shared focus. The more thought you put into them, the more alive they feel…
