Hiding xl/xxl toys and plugs…or not?

I have more than a handful of huge toys and plugs nonchalantly on my dresser, tv stand and night stand. I leave them in plain sight for i guess a number of reasons.
1. They are provocative
2. I like them
3. Everyone knows i like them because they are eveywhere
4.it kind of turns me on a little by being so transparent and seeing peoples expressions when they see them
5. I dont feel like i have to hide anything if theres nothing to hide

Answer any of the following questions
where do you keep your sex toys?
Do you hide them?
Do you put them in a special place?
Does anyone else other than whoever you are playing with see them?
Has anyone ever found them when they weren’t supposed to?

I do hide my collar when I remember to, but it's not super inflammatory if someone sees it. If they acknowledge it at all, they'll just kind of give me a look that says "Huh, didn't know you were into that." Which is still embarrassing but not the end of the world.

I do keep mine in a special place. However, recently, my collection has overflowed. I have invested into better quality toys as well, so some require hanging and charging stations. 🤷‍♀️

Since I am an empty nester, I exercise mild discretion, like throwing a blanket over things.
But last holiday, some family popped by, and the piglet came home for a few weeks.
Offspring are really nosey.
I put up everything but forgot the hanging stuff.

His face looked like everything he knew in the world was a lie. 🤣🤷‍♀️

Personally I'm very proud of my collar so I wear it 24/7, even at work. I just tell people it's a necklace when they ask if they don't already know.

As for the OP, I keep mine in my closet. I have my shelves lined with my BDSM gear, from toys to accessories when I'm not using them.

I've had people accidently find a toy or a part of my bondage collection on accident when I had it out after cleaning them, but it's more of a funny moment than anything embarrassing for me. Worst I've ever had was having to explain to one of my friends what a particular item did or was for.

Though for context most of my friends are either in a D/s relationship or a part of the community in some way, so that helps a lot.
