Invisible disabilities

Hey guys just a quick question: I find it difficult to find a partner of any kind due to my disabilaty's, all being invisible don't attract the disability fets (which is a good thing as I have seen how some of them act). I am trying to find a way to neutralise this weight about my neck, and heart; can anyone think of a way that I can find acceptance and understanding; and eventually find a partner who won't be terrified of my seizures, be understanding of my mobility issues, not be disgusted by my looks and bodyshape, get that I will never fit into any social group (even here) and finally and most importantly that I will almost certainly never work again and thus never have the *** to spend; as you can imagine this final point is the silent killer, no holidays, no traveling, no owning a home, no car, no toys, no partying, no family, and most of what people see is that they might have to look after me forevermore. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you even more if you join in the discussion.
Just to qualify my points these are my disabilities:
Generalised idiopathic Epilepsy (meds don't work)
Autism (not fully diagnosed, no meds)
Osteoarthritis (allergic to *** killers)
Scoliosis
Cyphosis
Other MSK issues

As someone who also struggles with an invisible disability, I would say the easiest way to find a partner who is accepting of you is to be upfront about it from the beginning. I personally struggle to do certain things when it comes to sex and it’s always an awkward conversation, but me and my partners always find a fun way around them when it comes down to it. I would say if you have to skirt around the issue with someone they’re not for you.

I have invisible disabilities and have found the kink community to (generally) be more accepting than other places. My Dom has accepted my conditions from day one and adopted play around what I can, and can’t, manage. Remember your conditions are what you have, not who you are x
