Invisible disabilities

Recommended Posts

Hey guys just a quick question: I find it difficult to find a partner of any kind due to my disabilaty's, all being invisible don't attract the disability fets (which is a good thing as I have seen how some of them act). I am trying to find a way to neutralise this weight about my neck, and heart; can anyone think of a way that I can find acceptance and understanding; and eventually find a partner who won't be terrified of my seizures, be understanding of my mobility issues, not be disgusted by my looks and bodyshape, get that I will never fit into any social group (even here) and finally and most importantly that I will almost certainly never work again and thus never have the *** to spend; as you can imagine this final point is the silent killer, no holidays, no traveling, no owning a home, no car, no toys, no partying, no family, and most of what people see is that they might have to look after me forevermore. Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you even more if you join in the discussion.
Just to qualify my points these are my disabilities:
Generalised idiopathic Epilepsy (meds don't work)
Autism (not fully diagnosed, no meds)
Osteoarthritis (allergic to *** killers)
Scoliosis
Cyphosis
Other MSK issues

There is only one why honesty from day one.

As someone who also struggles with an invisible disability, I would say the easiest way to find a partner who is accepting of you is to be upfront about it from the beginning. I personally struggle to do certain things when it comes to sex and it’s always an awkward conversation, but me and my partners always find a fun way around them when it comes down to it. I would say if you have to skirt around the issue with someone they’re not for you.

I have invisible disabilities and have found the kink community to (generally) be more accepting than other places. My Dom has accepted my conditions from day one and adopted play around what I can, and can’t, manage. Remember your conditions are what you have, not who you are x

If possible find someone who shares similar disabilities that's a commonality it makes it much easier people have a hard time accepting difference

You would think that should make a difference, but to my experience, it doesn't. Disabled people are still people, and a few of them that I have known are quite entitled too.

I wasnt always “Them” I am still ME

I have been them all my life, and the entitled ones are usually the ones who were born with or developed something in childhood so that everyone around them treat them special, one of my exes had a very rare condition (only 7 in the world have it) and she left me because she felt the GOVERNMENT owed her more.

There are people out there that wouldn’t mind being with you despite your disabilities. I grew up having to be a caregiver in my family and played a part ruining my childhood. I will never be with a partner that has physical or mental disabilities because of that. It’s very draining on someone to have to constantly care for a partner in multiple ways. It leaves them without time for themselves and often they are too tired to do anything. When finding potential partners you have to be honest and upfront with the reality of your situation. Not everyone is capable of that type of commitment but there are those that are. There are many that won’t mind your disabilities because they don’t define who you are. You’re deserving of love and acceptance. Unfortunately, it will be harder for you to find that special partner because of the nature of your disabilities. I do hope you find someone though. I enjoy conversation with you whenever we have it and I think you’re a very interesting person!

I partially believe that those of us who cant find partners, do more volunteer and service work to fulfill our life purpose. I meet a couple of gals who loved my anonymous erotic stories, then they met me and we hit it off for a bit. I also see some couples with weight, health, *** issues, and I am so happy for them even while Im alone. Love is possible, just don't expect skinny young porn stars.

Don't use the word munny here or it is censored.

Same.. except mines just deafness. Ghosts and crickets... I'm just haunting myself on this dumb app
