Plugged, are you permanent?

One thing that always turns me on massively is the idea of being perminantly plugged. The idea of a Master having total control over everything that both goes in and out of my arse is just such a turn on. I’m wondering though, has anyone done such a thing? So given up complete control and have to ask their Master for permission to  be unlocked to perform any sort of daily need?
