So maybe I missed this. But can someone give ne a good reason why a non kink person would join a kink app or website make a profile and say they ONLY want vanilla? I mean there are tons of vanilla dating websites and apps so why come to somewhere like this?

Put your shoes in someone who ONLY does vanilla, they may just as well as see sex in itself as “kinky” (outside the“norm”). The real question is, why does it bother you enough to write about it? Most of the female profiles I see like that are typically bot accounts looking to scavenge your info and get you to move to a different platform for nefarious reasons. I've noticed it's typically an average or above average looking picture (1 to 3) typically shot overseas (I'm American) and the remainder of the profile only has the minimum filled out, about 4 of the Insight questions and about 4 of the personal detail questions. I would advise if you don't already avoid those profiles now would be a good time to start, and if for any reason they are legit the are bare minimum low effort and should be avoided for at least that reason alone.
