The Night My Friend’s Mom Let Us All Use Her (Group, Domination, True Story)

[Deleted Member]

This happened last summer. I’m 24. The other people involved were all in their mid to late forties. Everything was fully consensual. And yes. It was my friend’s mom.
We were in the basement of Jake’s house like every other Friday. Cheap beer. Leftover pizza. The usual. Jake’s mom was having people over upstairs. From the muffled talking it just sounded like a regular boring adult hangout. We didn’t care. We were downstairs doing our thing.
Jake got absolutely destroyed. The kind of drunk where he starts repeating the same story and then just face plants. By 1:30 the rest of the guys had left. I had driven and I’d had too much so I decided to crash on the other couch and leave in the morning. Jake was already snoring.
I woke up around 3 needing water. Climbed the stairs in the dark still half asleep and went straight to the kitchen.
I was standing at the fridge when I heard her voice behind me.
“Oh you’re still up? You should join us for a couple more drinks. I’ve always thought you were mature for your age.”
I turned around and just stopped.
She was in black lingerie. Not cute sleepwear. The kind that barely covered anything. Blonde hair down. Heavy eye makeup. Lashes that made her eyes look bigger than usual. She was leaning in the doorway like this was the most normal thing in the world. Confident. Playful. Smiling at me like she already knew exactly how the night was going to go.
I had known her for years. Jake’s mom. The woman who made us snacks and asked about school. Seeing her like that rewired something in my brain on the spot. My drunk brain was about three seconds behind everything happening.
I think I said something incredibly smooth like “uh… hey…” and she just laughed under her breath.
“Come on. It’s late. A couple drinks won’t kill you.”
She didn’t wait for a real answer. She turned and walked toward the living room like she expected me to follow. And I did.
The living room lights were low. Four guys I’d never seen before were sitting around with drinks. Older. Same rough age range as her. The whole vibe was different from what I’d assumed earlier. Not cards and small talk different. Something heavier.
They all looked at me when I walked in behind her.
One of them raised an eyebrow. “Who’s this?”
She didn’t even pause. “He’s twenty four. Friend of my son’s. He’s staying.” Then she looked back at me with that same confident little smile. “Aren’t you?”
I nodded like an idiot. My heart was going way too fast. Part of me was still stuck on the fact that this was Jake’s mom. The other part was very aware of how she looked and how none of the men in the room seemed surprised by the lingerie.
She poured me something. I don’t even remember what. I drank it. She sat close. The conversation drifted in a direction that made it clear pretty fast that the innocent adult get together had never been innocent. I kept catching myself thinking about Jake passed out downstairs and then forcing the thought away because if I sat with it too long I was going to spiral.
She was different. Not the version of her I knew. More direct. Teasing. She kept glancing at me and making little comments about how young I was compared to everyone else. How it was cute that I looked a little shell shocked. How she’d always wondered if I’d be able to keep up. The four guys were sizing me up at first. Polite but clearly wondering why the kid from downstairs was suddenly in the mix. She handled that part. She told them I was staying. That she wanted me there. And that was pretty much the end of the discussion. They relaxed into it after a while.
She started directing things early. She told them what she wanted. Explicitly. She wanted to be overwhelmed. Dominated. Degraded. Handled roughly. She wanted the whole group focused on her. She also made one rule clear. No one was allowed to cum in her pussy. She said it casually like it was just part of the night’s instructions.
I hesitated more than once. Not because of the age gap or the number of people. That was already a lot. But because it was her. Jake’s mom. The same woman who’d known me since I was a ***ager. Every time I pulled back even a little she noticed and pulled me right back in. A look. A hand. A quiet “don’t overthink it” that somehow worked.
She dropped to her knees on the floor between the couches like it was the most natural thing in the world. One of the older guys stepped in front of her and she didn’t hesitate. She took him into her mouth while looking up at the rest of us. Eyes already glassy. Another guy moved behind her and started pulling the black straps of her lingerie down. She helped him. Within a minute she was mostly naked except for the ruined lingerie hanging off one arm.
The four of them closed in. Hands in her hair. On her throat. On her tits. On her ass. She was being passed between them like she belonged to the group. One would pull her mouth off and turn her head so the next could use it. She gagged. Drooled. Recovered. And opened again. Every time someone got rough she made a sound that was pure encouragement.
I was still standing there half in shock when she reached for me. She looked up with that heavy makeup and those big eyes and said voice already rough “You too. Don’t just watch.”
I stepped closer. She took me in her mouth while one of the older guys was still using her from behind. I grabbed a handful of her blonde hair and held her there. She moaned around me. I started fucking her throat the way she clearly wanted. Not careful. Not gentle. She took it and pushed forward for more. Spit ran down her chin and onto her tits. She didn’t care. She just kept looking up at me while she took it.
Someone else was pinching and slapping her tits hard enough to leave red marks. She kept pushing back into every rough touch like she couldn’t get enough.
They had her on all fours on a striped towel someone had thrown on the floor. One guy under her face. Another behind her. I moved in front of her and she immediately opened her mouth for me again. I held her head with both hands and used her while the guy behind her was pounding her. Every time he spanked her she moaned around my cock. I could feel the vibrations. I kept one hand tight in her hair and the other on the back of her neck so I could control the depth. She took everything I gave her and still tried to push forward for more.
I remember thinking very clearly this is Jake’s mom and then she looked straight up at me with spit running down her chin and eyes watering and she reached up and grabbed my ass to pull me deeper.
Later I had her on her back on the couch. Two of the older guys were holding her legs open for me. I was between them. She looked up at me and said “Fuck me like you mean it. Don’t hold back just because it’s me.”
I didn’t. I grabbed her throat with one hand and her hip with the other and fucked her hard. She came with her mouth open and her eyes rolled back. I kept going. I was getting close and started to pull out because of the rule she had set earlier. She locked her legs around me, pulled me in deeper, and whispered right against my ear.
“I only want you to cum in me.”
I froze for a second. She nodded, eyes locked on mine, and whispered it again. “Just you. Please. No one else.”
I came inside her. Hard. She held me there through the whole thing, breathing against my neck, while the other guys watched. When I finally pulled out she was shaking and there was no mistaking what had just happened. One of the older guys moved in right after me and she took him without hesitation, but she never asked any of them for the same thing. That was only for me.
I spent a lot of the night switching between her mouth and her pussy. Holding her hair. Spanking her when she asked for it. Calling her the things she wanted to hear. Every time I hesitated even for a second she would look at me and say something like “Harder” or “Use me” or “Don’t be nice.”
At one point I had her bent over the arm of the couch with her wrists held behind her back by one of the other guys. I was fucking her from behind while she was sucking someone else. I kept one hand in her hair and the other on her hip. Every thrust pushed her forward onto the other cock. She was a complete mess. Mascara running. Spit everywhere. Bright red handprints all over her ass. She kept begging for more the entire time. I leaned down and told her she was a dirty fucking slut and she came again right there with her mouth full.
My memory gets fragmented after that. Alcohol plus adrenaline plus the sheer surrealness of the situation. I remember pieces more than a continuous timeline. Her voice telling me not to ease up. The way she looked at me specifically when she was getting used the hardest. Moments where I caught myself staring at her face and thinking this is Jake’s mom and then she would pull me right back in like she could hear the thought. The physical intensity of it. The rough handling she kept requesting. The way she seemed to get more into it the more overwhelmed she became. Marks. Sweat. The sound of the room. Me occasionally glancing toward the basement stairs and then immediately looking away.
It went on a long time. Longer than any one person should reasonably be able to keep that pace. By the end everyone was wrecked in different ways. She looked thoroughly used in the exact way she had asked to be. The rest of us weren’t far behind.
I woke up on the couch downstairs sometime after sunrise. Jake was still out cold on the other one. Head pounding. Mouth dry. The living room upstairs was quiet. I lay there for a while just staring at the ceiling trying to process the previous night like it might rearrange itself into something more believable if I waited long enough. It didn’t.
I got up. Found my shoes. And left before anyone else was moving around. Drove home in that weird half dream state where everything feels slightly unreal. Showered. Sat on my own couch and just sat.
The anxiety about Jake finding out has been a low constant ever since. I don’t think he will. No one has said anything. She hasn’t reached out. I haven’t reached out. Life just kept going like that night was a weird fever dream that somehow left actual bruises and a head full of very specific memories I can’t fully organize.
I keep coming back to how different she was. How confidently she ran the whole thing. How clear she was about what she wanted and how hard she wanted it. How the four guys followed her lead even while they were the ones doing the dominating. And how somehow I ended up in the middle of it at twenty four still half convinced the whole time that any second someone was going to laugh and say the joke was over.
Jake’s still my friend. His mom is still his mom. And I still don’t know what the fuck to do with any of it.

You must be a great guy for her to choose you like that. Man, I feel so jealous! But just looking at you, I know you deserved all of it. Maybe flirt with her a lil bit. She might feel some guilt about pulling you in like that. But if you don't tell Jake, no one ever will. So why not use her ass next time? Don't forget to share the story as well brother 😊

Did you ever approach her again and whisper in her ear that she was a dirty milf slut, Then walk away and see what her reaction would have been afterwards.....

This is lovely! I'm not exactly the youngest man anymore, but I remember my first "milf moment" very well. "Surreal" is the perfect word for your experience, I think you summed it up perfectly. What a great memory! (But, uh, yeah, be sure your bud doesn't find out about that...)
