For those that use the website versions for now you will either have to wait for the issue to be fixed or alternatively pop over to the APP and collect from there.

Thank you everyone for your patience. Good news the glitch has been fixed and Icon 13 is now collectible on the Desktop & Mobile Desktop versions of the site, as well as the APP.
