I am trying to cancel my membership but it states my user name and password and incorrect. They are the exact username and password I use to log into the site. It not being incorrect is incorrect. Can someone assist?

Firstly for support tickets, sometimes emails go to junk so if you check back in the help section to see if you have had a reply A problem a couple of users have had is they signed up via google play or the app store rather than this site - this means you have to cancel with google or apple
