I mostly found his scenarios deeply erotic but then I started noticing stuff in his work that was really icky. Any thoughts?

There were a couple of kinks I didn't like but the thing that really turned me off was an incest scenario with implied CA.

Not too sure what CA is, but yeah I can certainly see why that would be off putting. Though the scenario in general of girls getting turned into sex slaves sounds quite fun
