ph**** Posted May 25, 2023 Posted May 25, 2023 I’m about to purchase a bit over 600ft or almost 200m of 6mm, 3 ply, Bangladesh sourced jute, turned in the US, some beeswax, and jojoba. I have a torch as well. . There is a lot of information on washing, drying, and treating to be had. Most of it overlaps in one way or another but I would also like to know how you mighty fine people go about preparing your rope. . I’m also curious as to whether or not you purchase untreated from bondage stores or source your rope elsewhere. . I want to stress that the hanks that are cut are only being used for floor work and my own educational purposes. . Thanks for the help! I look forward to the replies.
