Had many years of bad sex with my ex so I'm used to it,but I also know what it's like to have no sex for a long time so I'd say bad sex is better than no sex ,maybe one day I will have sex again but at the moment I'm in the no sex category and it's devastating

Definitely no sex over bad sex.

Going without sex after a while is just easy and you dont crave it at all. Bad sex is just frustrating and makes you crave something that you can't have.
