The grid goes left to right from top to bottom, so the top left square is number 1 and the bottom right is 24

Hi there, welcome to Fet!
Each member can only receive their first icon as a gift (once you collect one for yourself you cannot receive any icons from another member unless you give all of yours away) and members are unable to choose which icon they give away.
