Omorashi basically means “leaking” in Japanese, and therefore usually refers to peeing oneself and pee desperation, as well as holding a full bladder. Personally, I guess I’d say I like the desperation, as well as the feeling of losing control and just letting it go. It’s hard to describe what exactly I like in watching other people pee themselves though, it’s just something I’ve found arousing for as long as I can remember.
