I have some badass black light glowing markers. As long as you don’t rub them it stays on. Comes off hella easy with water and a quick scrub

Any magic marker comes off with the best kept secret ever....hair spray takes ink off like butter on a 110° day on a stainless strel sliding board( dating myself) yes thats what we had back in the day.
Craft stores, Michael's or where ever ....amazon has it all im sure, body ***t

Crayola washables, waterproof eyeliner pens, or surgical markers (ink can be removed with a wipe of isopropyl alcohol but stays in place for play!) Are all things I've used previously!

Henna pens.
Crayola washables.
And then there's latex body ***ts, but check for allergies and/or allergic reactions through sampling before applying (anything) in earnest.

Not sure. Had a jar once, but we never got to use it. But I hear it's great, and to use one of those sponge type ***t brushes for best results.
