the voltage used

so, yes, anything with electrics can be made to be ***ful.

As with anything electrical it carries risks for those who are susceptible, heart issues ,pacemaker or dangerous placement of electrodes across the chest. It can be made ***ful same as it can be pleasurable.

Even a hand held 1.5 volt fly swatter gives a hell of a kick. The rule of thumb with any activity is ... 'If in doubt, leave it out'.
