ey**** Posted August 28, 2019 Posted August 28, 2019 like a lot of things - whether it's meant to hurt is down to a lot of things - such as what they're being used for, your own nervous system, the intensity used. all of what you've listed can be either pleasurable or used to bring pain. If the person using them recognised you as being new, they'll have probably wanted to keep things safe with usage.
