RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS NEEDED
Hello! We are researchers from MacEwan University conducting a study about sexual consent. We are seeking individuals who identify as members of the Bondage and Discipline, Domination and Submission, Sadism and Masochism (BDSM) community to participate in our research study. We are interested in examining how people’s sexual experiences and practices influence their understanding of sexual consent.
The investigators of the study are Dr. Aimee Skye, Associate Professor and Sam Smith-Ackerl, Honours Psychology student, from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta.
If you are a member of a BDSM organization or community, we would appreciate your participation in our research. It will take less than an hour of your time. You can arrange participation by emailing [email protected]. Also, if you know others who may be interested and eligible, please share this opportunity with them.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary, anonymous, and will take place in person at MacEwan University. If you choose to participate, we will provide you a $20 honorarium for your time and assistance. Thank you for your time and we look forward to hearing from you.
