Looking for a local sub girl to explore bdsm with

Wanting to find someone who would like to tie me up and/or feminize me.

A friend preferrably female who would like to chat and eventually possibly meet up. I'm trans but have no place for it at home due to my parents and would like someone supportive I can trust or spend time with either online or in person, both work!
