This class is designed for folks who wish to deepen their understanding and techniques around nurturing the ideal headspace for their partner, whether they identify as a submissive or not. Learn about the neurochemical changes involved like the release of endorphins and the impact on mood and perception. We will discuss the wide variety of moods to set for yourselves and how that can enhance your experiences. Building the right environment can play a huge role from the physical settings, emotional preparation, cues, and everything in between. Discover the ways that stepping into your submissive role can offer escapism and personal insight as well as your responsibilities in making it happen.
