Decabar is an amazing venue right in the middle of Kabukicho, Shinjuku. They regularly host kink and BDSM events and we will have it all to ourselves. Munches are usually casual dress but if you want to get a bit risque and kinky, you totally can. However please keep in mind this is a munch, so there will be no play.
