Is there such thing as a sub that’s too tall?

Recommended Posts

I’m 5’6”. While there are submissive men my height or shorter, most guys I meet are taller than I am … and some of them want a taller dominant.

Similarly, I’ve met dominants and masters who are my height or shorter. One, a local leather title holder, once came up to me at a play parter, eyed the play partner I’d tipped that evening, and said, “So. You like the BIG boys.”

Heck, I’ve met one local top who is wheelchair-bound.

A leash still works whether it’s being tugged from above or below. 🤷🏾‍♀️
In this arena, especially, it ain’t the size of the dog in the fight… I’m going to be taller than just about any Domme. But when I’m wallowing in sub space, it really doesn’t matter how tall you are. The sapiosexuals here will agree, I believe, when I say the *mindfuck* that is received from oral, aural, physical, and olfactory stimulation provided has little to do with physical size. It has wayyyy more to do with how well she reads and understands the sub. The *connection*

That part, right there.

Many Dom women especially like tall, masc subs. Though I'd say for most of the decent humans, height isn't a deciding factor.

Unfortunately for men and people like me who were assigned male at Birth, people are going to desire us as dominant way more often than the submissives we want to be desired as.

That's a pretty self defeating attitude to have, when there are plenty of Dominant women and experienced subs saying otherwise. Browse through the forums, there's been many many discussions on why Dom women might be more challenging to find and how to find them more easily as well as make yourself more visible so they can find you.

As a male who switches, I've not seen that issue - and have had more shall we say... opportunities... from a sub/bottom/etc side

But also as someone active both in local and wider community.  Subs who are trans women are extremely popular.  I know they have their own challenges and I'm not trying to minimise or project as I'm a cis man,  but yeah
