but a kinda difference tends to be

Cougar - an older woman looking for younger men

MILF - an older woman than younger men tend to find attractive

This is exactly what I think too. Because I identify as a cougar but a Mommy more so. Because I'll see and think a guy is a little boy who's way older than me all the time and that's always fun for us. Plus as a system we have a little part too. I'm 36 so I know what that feels like from the other side of the slash because of that too

I don't think there is an age criteria, but I would say if there is an age difference of 12+ years.  I know many gals in their 40s who would consider it an insult to be called a cougar b/c it implies a certain lack of morals.
