Is it normal?

I'm a submissive Male ,is it normal to have a weird feeling in your stomach after a scene? Not necessarily a bad feeling.but sorta like butterflies.or moths maby?

Yes, absolutely.

I get a kinda shake in my throat, it's a really weird feeling...

I think it's just the release of adrenaline and emotion. I think  anyway.

Obviously, I don't know what happened but I wouldn't worry too much about it. 

How long after the session did/do you feel like it? How long does it last? Was it a particularly intense session?

I would agree with Bounty on this....it’s very common so don’t worry... I have mine about 24 to 48 hours afterwards

Yep sub drop. It be can be emotional as well as physical and I've had both but self care goes along ways. If it really worries you or happens more than after play, go to the doc.
