Need info how to wear them and be safe and how to walk on them 👠👠
If you're just learning, I find it's best to start with a smaller or wider/chunky heel so you don't hurt yourself, then work up to higher heels as you feel comfortable.

Also, I highly recommend doing foot stretches and ankle strengthening workouts so your feet/ankles are stable & comfortable. Learning/knowing how to walk in heels is not the only thing you need to know. This is very important too to avoid ***/***.

I attached 3 links to youtube videos that talk about how to walk in heels and best heel options for beginners. Then I also attached 1 YouTube link to a video explaining foot stretches & why it's so important.

I really hope this helps!

*Idk why it filtered out those 2 words, but it's supposed to basically say "to avoid being uncomfortable/hurt."
BunnyHoneyBabe thank you so so much for all those details! The problem is that I already purchased two pairs of heels but with a thin heel!
That's okay. Just take it slow and don't rush your learning process. If you feel too uncomfortable in the heels you got, maybe consider getting a 3rd pair better for training (if you can). Or maybe if you have a friend with the same size shoe, you can borrow a pair that's better for learning? Either way, it's okay just don't rush, and definitely do the foot/ankles exercises & stretches. 🙂
I'm really afraid of their height! I darn can't dm you but if you have any heel suggestion I'd love to see what I must try to get cause I don't have a friend of mine with the same size!
As I said I really appreciate everything you wrote
If you're too uncomfortable with their height to learn, I suggest getting a 3rd pair. They don't have to be pretty or something you would actually like to wear out (though they can be if you like them), but they just have to feel comfortable enough for learning. In the 3rd link I sent, it goes over a bunch of different heel styles and which ones are best for learning, so I recommend that video to help pick out what to look for.
It sounds like you just want to look for a smaller &/or wider heel to learn on. The style doesn't matter quite as much as the heel. The wider/chunky heels & wedge heels are the easiest to learn in, so that would be my personal suggestion to what to look for. Chunky heel boots are also really good for learning. The boot gives extra a little extra ankle support. Idk how tall the heels you have are, but maybe try like a 3-5inch heel, depending on your comfort (go shorter if you need to). Use the smaller heels to learn & practice. Once when you feel comfortable & confident in the small ones, then work on learning to walk in the taller ones.
Ultimately, you just want a pair you feel comfortable in, meaning: they are not so high you don't feel strained to stand, and the heel is sturdy, and they fit well (not too big/small).
Also, if price is a matter, you can check out thrift stores and 2nd hand shops.
Like I said earlier, your training pair doesn't have to be exactly what you want to wear. They are just for learning to walk comfortably and safely.
Definitely check out the links I sent!
Hope that helps, be careful! 🙂
Thank you again you're a great coach! I'll start researching and I'll come back here to let you know how it went!
(Sorry if I make grammar mistakes I'm Greek and my English are not that good)
I'm grateful for your time! 😊
Aw, you're so very welcome! I'm happy I could help😊 And yes, definitely come back to tell me how it goes! I'd love to hear about your progress! Best of luck, and don't hurt yourself!
I always go for wedges with ankle straps for extra safety.
I never thought of them! Got to buy a pair! I have no idea how high they must be tho!
I luv wearing them. I feel so sexy when I go out in them

Wish I could too! I'm happy for you😁

I wear them most of the time just because I like them (not fetish related) but make sure they have the right support don’t skimp out and wear them around your place to practice first. Start slow too. I’d recommend block heels instead of stilettos for balance too

In my country it's a little bit different they see something different they put a label on it and it's with you forever! So I wish I could but at home I only have stilettos so I'll try to get some block heels

I’m tall enough as is, so of course I had to get into heels 😁 It’s not easy to start, and you HAVE to practice. Walk walk walk walk walk and walk some more. I found that exercising my calf muscles helped tremendously for balance. A staple stretch for me is to stand on my tip toes then go down into a deep squat, and hold that position. Strengthening your legs is my best advice. The stronger you are the longer you can wear heels of all sorts.

If I could do it over again and learn it fresh, I’d start with platforms, then thick heeled boots, then wedges, then explore heels progressing in height then thinness. I’m honestly still learning with some of my shoes, because every pair demands a different level of balance and center of gravity.

Walk walk walk, and slay along your journey 💅

I really appreciate your help ☺️
I'll try my best training my feet and my balance! I only have thin heels but I'll try to ask a girl friend of mine to buy me a pair of block heels 😁👠👠

I highly recommend you to get a cheap lower heels to practice with at the beginning! You wouldn't risk to break one your nice heels 😉

I went and bought a pair of 11cm heels! I think now I’m ready to try them on! The only thing that holds me is the stiletto heel again! I couldn’t find a nice pair of wedges or block heels! Thank you for your help
