Which is why people should NEVER send pictures they wouldn’t be ok with one day somehow ending up on instagram. Once something is sent, you have no control over it. Even if the person you sent it to is you me partner for life and they would never do anything, there are other people that might use that picture

si**** Posted September 25 If you are getting blackmailed at the moment. Firstly I am really sorry. I know the feeling, and it is horrible, I threw up so many times while going through it from stress. Secondly, if you are and you have someone you can talk to about this, then lean on them for support. I didn’t have that, and I wish I did. Thirdly, if you can’t find a solution to this alone (I had to pay £300 and hope to god that that will be it - luckily it was), go the police for help

Also, if your afraid of them outing you need to realize that that’s really all the power they have over you. Normal is relative to what you are used to and sexual preferences are simply that; preferences. If they out you, all you have to do is report that person and turn the tables on them see how that goes. Wish you the best of luck

Qu**** Posted September 25 Bdsm blackmail is a form of cnc play. Stricts boundaries would need to be established before this kind of play happens with a trusted & known partner. The idea is the top would use information to make the bottom do something. Could be pictures, video, or even information about the bottom.

Er**** Posted September 25 Important note on legality. Even if you agree to blackmail as bdsm play, it is still illegal, and that means any contract you make with blackmail as a feature of the contract is automatically void in the eyes of the courts. You have some legal protection if your dom actually follows through on the threats, but the judge would have discretion on what kind of relief you would be granted (and that could mean he decides its your fault, and youre basically screwed). The extreme danger involved here is why so many people are speaking out against it.
jpb Posted September 26 Happened to me last week, fortunately i realised the signs very fast, blocked and reported, her profile is now blocked from the site, crazy thing is after i blocked her, she somehow tracked down my dad, made up a story that i was suicidal and she needed to contact me, i have no social media, my dad lives in a different country, how they found him i have no idea, all this happened within 48 hours of her first message, she facetimed sent pics but i have no doubt it was a scam, never send ***, personally cyberplay is not an option as not worth the risk they are filming, report to the app, they deleted my ond within 48 hours, and if they dont stop report to the police, and send tne scammer the police report. Maybe the most effective method is when you are talking to someome new and they ask things like “do your friends know you like this life style” say yes and that you are proud, takes away the power of using shame or embarresment. Lots of support in this community
jpb Posted September 26 Im seeing a lot of this, in the last week i have had 4 “crushes” sent, all now have their accounts blocked, i think we need the app to do more to prevent

pi**** Posted September 26 They also produce fake documents from real documents and pass it off as real. I had that happen to me too. Then they make multiple email addresses. Find your email address and would not stop emailing you

PF**** Posted September 29 Im no professional but I feel like it's using the knowledge of your kinks or the evidence of your kinks in a way to cause you harm but not for fun. For example, when I tried to have the sub talk with my ex husband he used it as an excuse to *** me outside the bedroom because "if I like that stuff in the bedroom then I like it outside too" "can't have it both ways, you either want control all the time or not at all" and now as we are working through this divorce it is being used against me in our custody battle because someone with these kinks shouldn't be a parent
