In my day, a simple, latex, no-sleeve shirt was easy to find.  These were reasonably priced, had a nice, tight fit, zipper front, and were a great way to discover if one was into latex.  But then, that was in my time.  I can't say if the same holds true today.

In the Netherlands there are real stores you can purchase latex things. You can get advice from professionals. I got mine first long gloves that way. Had first checked on the internet what they had and made a decision what I wanted to . And then I had the time of mine live looking around and buying mine first pare. I kept them on while going home by train. And loved the looks from people I got. Gave me nice shivers on mine back all the time.
