Why Feet?

Is a foot fetish more about aesthetics, intimacy, or psychology? Me personally, I have never been slightly attracted to feet, but I always try to understand why people are infatuated by them. As someone who has a foot fetish but doesn’t know where it came from or what stemmed it…for me it’s more of the intimacy. Like for me, one of my demonstrations as a caregiver, I not only bathe my partner, I fully pamper them. It’s a forum bro. I’m allowed to ask questions. Every kink and fetish stems from something, but I guess it’s taboo to ask about it…on a kink and fetish app. 🙂 I honestly didn’t think anyone here was struggling with anything. So. Really - it genuinely depends on the person

For some people the aesthetics are important

For some people things like the smell/scent can be a sexual trigger.

For some people it is because it is intimate - and to a degree as we're often taught feet are "dirty" that you'd be intimate with somewhere deemed 'unclean'

Some it is part of servitude.   And so on.  

 

But if you think a lot to do with feet in media as we grow up especially in cartoons etc, kissing feet is often seen as a way of showing respect to someone (like a King/Queen) even though that doesn't happen in "real life" or as affection - and so some of this translates through for some people.

My personal belief is that a lot of us are programmed to have a foot fetish as if you don’t pay attention and observe the world. The shoes that everyone thinks makes a womans legs look good is the high heels so naturally it’ll draw your attention. But pedicures for example. If your going to the trouble to get your toes done isn’t so somebody will notice. And then there’s toe rings and anklets drawing the eyes to the foot to see its beauty.

I've considered this a lot, as human sexuality fascinates me. One thing that's pretty consistent for most people I know is that, as ***, there's a lot of foot focus. A lot of mothers fawn over their babies feet, giving them kisses, holding them, stuff like that. Then, as we develop, we realize we have feet and we start to explore them. We poke them, we prod them, we stick them in our mouth, maybe a toe goes in the nose, you know how toddlers are. This really picks up as we begin to realize that they're a good way to get around. Fast forward a bit more and *** use foot stimulation as a game, tickling them, playing ***woo, all that. So I think that for some people the brain begins to associate the foot with fun. This then either translates into a fetish as we get older, or doesn't. I think there's a bit of genetic pre-disposition that impacts that outcome, as well. Sort of like mouth fetishes.
