A submissive w/o his Dom - A week long vacation

A week has gone by. I'm finally home, and we're eating dinner. "I need some more Dr. Pepper" I said, as I slid the cup over to him. Without realizing it, I put that key in the ignition and turned it. If there was a sound, the engines would be roaring. He immediately gets up without a thought - it's 2nd nature - and walks to the kitchen to remedy my problem. He brings me my drink, with the perfect amount of ice, soda, and a smile on his face. I take a sip and say, "good girl!" (yes, he's a very good girl). His eyes light up, his smile gets a bit bigger, and the weakness starts to kick in.

I didn't realize it - it's 2nd nature to me as well. The submission is already setting into his brain. It's been a while since he's been able to submit; to be his true self. Without mentioning a single word, he gets up and stands behind me. Why? Instinctually, he begins massaging my shoulders, arms, and back. I'm doing work on my PC, and he's committed until I am finished.

34 minutes. A full 34 minutes he stood there, without so much as a request from me. It's in his core, his DNA, and his soul, to please his Dom. I'll never take advantage of his submission. We are going to see one of our favorite bands in 5 days. I bought the tickets. He deserves it. It's the perfect ratio of give and take in a Dom/sub relationship. A relationship cultivated over years of learning, questioning, and growing.

I wonder what the next vacation has in store for me? For him? For us both? Only time will tell. ⏰

Why?

What the top wants the top gets. And alcohol isn’t healthy.

Can we not take soda drinking dominants seriously somehow?

This makes me want to make sure all my future submissives bring me nothing but juice boxes.

I don't drink alcohol very often anymore. Only very special occasions. I prefer cannabis.
