It depends, some people do full age regression while others it just a role. Some littles are sexual but many aren't.
One thing that's pretty universal is the caregiver part. Things like bath time, story time, being tucked into bed, your big picking out your clothes maybe feeding you.

Fetlife.com has tons of littles groups you can join and they have events just for littles and pets.
