A stainless steel cage with screw style spikes is my favorite by a large margin. If the screws are completely removable it is versatile enough for longer term wear too.

Am imagining that makes it more interactive for you? 

We are also interested in how the spike cage affects the dynamic. It's the guy 'doomed' to arousal and ***. Or is your  victim able to fight arousal and hold out for a while. Its it fun playing with that ?

So for longer term use (when you aren't together) and the spikes are removed it is easy enough to fight arousal and the cage can be a disincentive for becoming aroused (very dependent on the person though).

The spikes do make it much more interactive and fun to tease with for something like a session. In that case they might be considered doomed lol. Very fun! :)
