You can only gift icon to someone who hasn’t found it yet. Visit the profile and you would see treasure hunt right below the pic on profile. And there will be a sub text saying “give away an icon”. Tap on that and it will send an icon to that person. You can find the same icon back by visiting the place where you originally found it.

The clues posted by people refers to a specific page/feature on FET app or website. You need to resolve the clue, visit that page/feature and you will find the icon there. Once you tap the icon, it will get added to your treasure hunt. If you need additional help or have any other question, DM me.
