Yeah it’s hard, and everything you said has a really compelling argument. With this reality, we have to do our best to not take it personally. It’s not up to us to manage how they interpret our openers, let alone respond. But there are a couple things we can do before/during messaging:
- check her message activity, if you see a lot of received and few responses, red flag.
- bio check: does she show her personality? Does it look like her vibe is intentional in being here, or does she say “don’t do x…” or something that sounds standoffish? The latter is a red flag.
- no bio, red flag.
- does she respond but doesn’t reciprocate your energy? red flag. I’m not saying that she needs to be overjoyed to talk with you, but if the conversation feels one sided, etc., red flag.

Unfortunately, most women here are looking for validation, not connection.. Bottom line, when you start discerning who and how you approach, you start building an ‘ick’ towards that kind of behavior and it becomes easier. Good luck brotha 👍

Like a pick up meet situation for two parties and only the admin on the pass would have any knowledge of the stay ?

That's genuinely a fair assessment I had not considered 🫣

Since covid, nobody knows how to have basic human to human conversations..a simple hello isnt good enough anymore..if thats the case, I dont want to talk to them anyways..now I have to have some bs creative introduction just to still not get a response back..yeah, that ‘interesting stuff’ will come if you have the decency to atleast say hello back

F**k man Atleast people message you. I don’t get messages and I don’t get responses when I get messages. I’m starting to think it’s a lost cause. Better luck at the bar at this point

I've yet to get a response here. Getting to be too much entitlement online these days. Also the asshats are making us few serious people look bad being rude and making demands to complete strangers. Social media ruined dating

Why type a life story just to get ignored anyway? Then we saying too much lol.

Funny I just posted this to Reddit like 2 weeks ago. Men are so lazy.

I wanna know why… why you reply they still act uninterested. Or when you spend time with them they still keep
Their options open they dont wana commit. Explain that after said above message. Then maybe u get why women dont wanna respond

I think the real answer to this, at least in MY experience/opinion, is if I do just say “hey” “how are you” on my end it IS low effort because if I’m genuinely interested, i try to find common ground whether it’s sexual or some sort of common ground, but that also takes effort on the other end of putting out their interests, some profiles are dry and are trying to be carried by looks, and that may work for them, it makes it harder to start a conversation for sure. That being said if it’s working it’s because it’s just based and not chemistry based and that’s also fine, different strokes I suppose. Regardless the fun part about it is tweaking your opening lines because if they are just getting sent to the void, there really isn’t any harm in experience and trying to learn what works and what doesn’t. Women also receive a multitude of responses so if it’s not something interesting it does get lost into the void. Either way Gods***d.

I think something like what you would say to someone you met in person. For example “Hi, my name is _______. I read your profile and it sparked my interest and would like to get to know you better. If you’re interested in chatting let me know.”

It’s important to say you actually read the profile. Especially with women who took the time to write out their thoughts. Usually you’ll find a nugget of helpful information to start a topic of conversation. And if the woman is clever she most likely put something in her profile that proves you read it. If the woman doesn’t have much in her profile then you can say “Since you didn’t provide much information in your profile and I’d like to know more about you.”

Something that shows you noticed. And I think this goes for both men and women initiating a conversation.

Let’s just agree that women don’t think they should have to try.. and men are the ultimate try-hards and only making the problem worse by NOT leaving it at “hi how are you”.

I know y’all laugh at the thought of not constantly trying to increase your perceived man status by just going for ridiculous body count, but literally, y’all are the ones making it harder on yourselves lol and the sad thing is that you’re completely and utterly powerless to change your ways. You will continue to say and do anything for some play, and then complain about women acting the way you trained them to.
