Demonics Dungeon is near Ebbsfleet 

I'm sure Miss Kitty Bliss was looking at setting up her own place but I don't know how this is coming along.   But if you're not far from London there is ample choice there.

 

You often find with dungeon spaces they're very famine/feast - some huge areas have none, or only one, that is available for hire - and then some areas have more than you can shake a stick at.
