Find the blog on this website about archetypes. "what type are you?". Go to Masters/Mistresses and scroll to the bottom. It will show you women who are Mistresses

have you tried looking outside?  not literally outside the window, it's not that easy - but clubs, events, munches?  

Also, just because somebody requires "pay to play" doesn't mean they don't enjoy it - it merely means they're not going to just do a strangers fantasies and fetishes with them at the drop of a hat.  So, a bit like most people.
