Fetlife has a lot of content that I’m sure would fit the bill. Just search keywords related to rope etc and they’ll all show up.

There are countless sites with free access to videos, pics and GIFs of kink - you only have to Google what you're looking for to find them - or there are the "mainstream" sites like XHamster, RedTube etc all of which you can filter by category to find what you're looking for.

Or BDSMLR is a great site for pics and GIFs it's where a lot of people moved to after Tumblr restricted content.

Have you tried YouTube? I’ve just had a quick look and found some rope suspension videos etc I’m sure if you worded your search accordingly you could find what you want.

Boundhub is one for a mixture of produced and TV/Film bondage scenes, if that's what you're after. Brianspage is a forum that frequently has uploads of the newest TV/Film scenes - feel free to message me as the interface is a little fiddly. Deviantart has free amateur photos too. app wise - you're not really going to get anything - the apple and google stores don't really like apps used for deemed adult content.  That's not to say it is impossible to find - for example through twitter or youtube where this content exists but isn't the primary purpose.

 

on the wider web there's a whole bunch of sites with different levels of legitimacy.  But, for "people tied up" that's a very vague term.

Are we talking shibari? something artistic? predicament bondage? damsel in distress?  educational?   who is tied up ?
