I played porn games almost 10 years ago if I remember correctly 👀 I was really into humbird0 's games, I spend hours playing his pokemon clone. Nowadays I think I wouldn't enjoy them, as there is a lot of Non-Con, incest and all sorts of other "problematic" kinks (I'm not kinks gaming, but there's boundaries imo). Also there is a Mario parody called "Mario is missing, peaches untold tale" which I also sank hours into. These are what my 14 yo self would have send you 😅

Yep not really played them in a while, kind of moved on. I did try a game called Monster Girl Island a few years ago which seemed to have interesting gameplay with sexual elements, it was early access and seems to be abandonded now. Years ago during the 16bit days  (amiga) and early pc there was the odd strip poker game.

Then when I got my VR HEadset I did try SinVR which was interesting. Though just tried the free part, not interesting in sex gaming enough to pay for anything on top of which I just dont find sex games (in terms of computer games) that much of a turn on when you can get the real thing, as for gaming would rather play fallout 4 :p
