Tube for expelling piss enema into each other's ass

As per title - I am looking for some kind of tube / connector / sex toy so that I can expel an enema into partners ass directly through the tube.

Does such a think exist? I've seen some in Jap videos.

What pipe could I adapt? piece of hose?
Any ideas welcome x

I made something similar for a mutual enema whereby both are filled and it’s passed between the two as they “cramp up”
I used Tunnel plugs from uberkinky and pvc tube/attachments from aquarium plumbing dot Co dot uk
Be sure to get the 6mm wall tube
